1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AmberMeadow ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ambermeadow.sbs website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
AmberMeadow provides professional makeup services for various occasions including but not limited to bridal makeup, special event makeup, editorial and fashion makeup, personal makeup lessons, men's grooming, and group services.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that:
- All services are subject to artist availability.
- Services are provided at the agreed-upon time and location.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
- We may use before and after photographs of our work for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
3. Booking and Payments
3.1 Bookings
To secure a booking with AmberMeadow, you must:
- Submit a booking request through our website, by phone, or email.
- Pay the required deposit (typically 50% of the total service cost).
- Receive a booking confirmation from us.
All bookings are subject to artist availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and the deposit has been paid.
3.2 Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Cash (for remaining balance on the day of service only)
For most services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of service, prior to the service being performed.
For bridal services, the full remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding date.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future booking within 3 months (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service: The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future bookings.
- For bridal bookings, cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date: The full payment is required.
4.2 Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made in writing (email) as soon as possible:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled service: One free reschedule is permitted, subject to artist availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled service: A rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost may apply.
- For bridal services, rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the wedding date: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
We cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled appointments, especially during peak seasons.
5. Late Arrival Policy
We value punctuality to ensure all clients receive their full service time:
- If you arrive late for your appointment, your service time may be reduced accordingly to ensure subsequent appointments are not delayed.
- The full service fee will still apply despite the reduced service time.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, we may consider it a "no-show" and the full payment will be required.
If we are running late, we will make every effort to contact you and will provide your full service as booked.
6. Health and Safety
For the safety of our artists and clients:
- You must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to your appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if you have an active skin infection, contagious condition, or if we believe providing services would be unsafe.
- Our artists follow strict hygiene protocols and use sanitized tools and products for each client.
- By booking our services, you agree that you do not have any conditions that would make makeup application unsafe.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to exceed your expectations with every service:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your makeup application, please inform your artist immediately so adjustments can be made before you leave.
- Once you have left after your service, we cannot offer refunds based on style preferences.
- For bridal clients, this is why we strongly recommend booking a trial session before your wedding day.

By booking our services, you grant us permission to use photographs of our work on you for our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
